Staff

U.S. Pain Foundation, Inc. President and Founder: Paul Gileno
Paul is a strong force in the chronic pain awareness movement. After a work injury in 2003 left him living with degenerative disc disease, failed back syndrome and complex regional pain syndrome for over three years, Paul created U.S. Pain Foundation. He resides in New York with his wife and two sons.

Clinical Director and Founder: Gwenn Herman, LCSW-C,DCSW - State University of New York at Buffalo, Bachelorís degree in Social work. University of Oklahoma, Masterís degree in Social Work. Gwenn founded Pain Connection in 1999 and was Executive Director until the organization joined with U.S. Pain Foundation in May 2016. She also has a private psychotherapy practice in Tucson, Arizona.
